BioThis is a journal for sharing recipes and meals that I make. The recipes in this journal are suitable for lacto-ovo-vegetarians (vegetarian diet plus eggs and dairy) and sometimes for vegans. Often, if the way I make something isn't suitable for vegans, I'll include suggestions for vegan versions of the dish.
I love feedback, so if you try out any of these recipes, please comment to them to let me how they turned out for you and how you liked them. Please also let me know if you make any changes or substitutions, I'm always looking for new ways to cook things!
